Hotel Kazzhol Almaty

A great hotel for a visit to Almaty. It was in a convenient central location. We were welcomed warmly by the reception girl who spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. We had been given a complimentary upgrade to our room booked which we were very grateful for. The rooms were very good size and spotlessly clean.and everything worked well. The breakfast had a good variety of items for everyone. We ate an evening meal at the hotel and that was of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

The place was super-clean and cozy; the bed was very comfortable; special thanks for an ergonomic chair and a nice desk with excellent internet connection! I also leved the pool and the sauna - warm water, dry sauna and fantastic staff!!! All facilities were very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

This is a very comfortable hotel, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Restaurant has very convenient hours for three meals.

This is a generally good 4-star hotel with a good clean swiming pool, a well-equipied gym, small sauna, and big balconies on the 6th floor. The breakfast is fine, espresso and capicino are good, the cleaning qulity is nearly excelent, the bed is big and comfortable.

International standard hotel with comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, nice quiet location and friendly staff.
