This is a generally good 4-star hotel with a good clean swiming pool, a well-equipied gym, small sauna, and big balconies on the 6th floor. The breakfast is fine, espresso and capicino are good, the cleaning qulity is nearly excelent, the bed is big and comfortable.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and polite. Rooms and toilet are spacious.

The hotel is a bit old and Soviet style, however price-quality ratio is its main advantage. We had everything we expected and asked for. Reception staff is very nice and helpful. Good location (in my opinion) - in a quite residential area close to the main tourist street

I was really surprised by this hotel. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff, very clean room, the breakfast was amazing. There is also big swimming pool, sauna and gym. The hotel is very good located, a lot of places to visit in a walking distance. Definately, will come again! Thank you!

Friendly staff. Pool and sauna. Quiet, yet proximity to restaurants. Breakfast was very good and made the stay all the more worthy of being considered value-for-money.

I had a good stay at the Kazzhol. I had a very comfortable and spacious room and staff were friendly and helpful. Very large breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Good location, within walking distance of several attractions.

All the staff, room, etc… and the possibility of a SPA. Unfortunately it was not possible for me.

The location is good, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet has a big assortment. Swimming pool is not big, but also nice and clean. Definitely will come back again!
