A great hotel for a visit to Almaty. It was in a convenient central location. We were welcomed warmly by the reception girl who spoke excellent English and explained everything clearly. We had been given a complimentary upgrade to our room booked which we were very grateful for. The rooms were very good size and spotlessly clean.and everything worked well. The breakfast had a good variety of items for everyone. We ate an evening meal at the hotel and that was of a good standard. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Almaty.

The place was super-clean and cozy; the bed was very comfortable; special thanks for an ergonomic chair and a nice desk with excellent internet connection! I also leved the pool and the sauna - warm water, dry sauna and fantastic staff!!! All facilities were very clean. The breakfast was also very good.

Great location close to lots of sights and restaurants. Excellent value with large selection buffet breakfast included. Good clean pool with 2 lanes although quite warm at 29 degrees and busy weekday mornings. Staff all friendly and some with excellent English much appreciated. Room always well cleaned.
